This product is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Information in this document is subject to change without notice. The software described in this document is furnished under a license agreement as described below. The software may be used or copied only in accordance with the terms of the agreement. It is against the law to copy the software except as specifically allowed in the license. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
Registered Version License
This license applies to the registered version of A Better Calendar. If you are using an evaluation version of A Better Calendar, see Trial Version License, below.

License Agreement
This agreement grants you the right to use this product for your own personal or business use. You may copy this product for use on only the number of users specified by your license. You may also make copies for backup purposes.

Definition of a "User"
One registered copy of A Better Calendar may be used by a single person who uses the software on one or more computers. A "user" may also access the registered version of A Better Calendar through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software.
Trial Version License
This license applies to the trial version of A Better Calendar. If you have purchased a license for the registered version of A Better Calendar, see "Registered Version License" above.

License Agreement
This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period, a registration fee is required as described in "purchasing" section of this document. When payment is received you will be sent a registered copy of the latest version of A Better Calendar. Unregistered use of A Better Calendar after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the trial version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original trial version to anyone; and distribute the trial version of the software and documentation in its entire and unmodified form.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission from SRO Software.
Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD AS IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments under which A Better Calendar may be installed, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

In no event shall SRO Software or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if SRO Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be tested before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
